The creative rights of all user content stored and presented within the ‘mattsey’ WordPress account are the sole property of the account owner.

As the account owner, I hereby grant permission for the limited ‘personal use’ of this content. All and any commercial use is expressly forbidden without written, formal permission from myself, the account and content owner.

Limited ‘personal use’ extends to viewing and local storage of the content on personal computing equipment. No deliberate duplication, publication or distribution is permitted without prior, express permission from myself, the account and content owner.

Summary

Personal use – Fine, but please ask me before copying anything (in the form of emails, websites, printouts etc). I will almost certainly say yes.

Commercial – Hands off! But ask nicely and I will probably give you permission too.
